Amid unparliamentary words row, ban on placards, leaflets, pamphlets without permission

Amid the declaration of certain words as 'unparliamentary' by the Lok Sabha Secretariat, another advisory was issued agianst distributing placards, leaflets, pamphlets in the House without prior permission.
